You're now able to bring your own clients to Storetasker! Take advantage of all the great tools our dashboard provides and Storetasker will take a reduced 3% admin fee!

This is a great feature which means you can now consolidate all your clients into one place—Storetasker—whether it was a lead you grabbed from the queue or a relationship you developed off-platform. Now you can have a single hub to manage all your clients, and you can use all the great features of the Storetasker Expert dashboard with all your clients, for example, escrow payments, contact management, your Storetasker email and phone number, and so on!

Adding your own clients to the Storetasker Expert dashboard is simple!

In your dashboard head over to Clients and scroll all the way down. From here you can add your client's information.

Once the client is added you'll see note on the top right of their Brand page letting you know about the admin fee and also that you are welcome to charge your clients any hourly rate you like.

Things to Note:

• Refer to this article on how payments are processed. Note the 3% admin fee is in addition to the processing fee.
• If the client you are adding is already a Storetasker customer, you will be able to add them but please note they will not be eligible for the reduced fee.
• As these clients were sourced by you, you will be the primary manager of these clients. Our support team will have a reduced role with these clients.
• Using this feature to attempt to circumvent the normal Storetasker fee or any other terms of service violation may result in action being taken against your account up to and including closing your expert account.
• "Bring Your Own Client" clients are not eligible for discounts or partner referrals.
