Your Contact Information

Every expert has their own @storetasker.com email address and US-based phone number. While all your communications are aggregated in your dashboard, you are sending emails and text messages to the clients

Your can find your contact information in your settings. In your expert dashboard, select your name in the bottom left and then choose Profile to view.

On-Platform Communications

For security and privacy, all your communications should be on platform using the email address and phone number provided. For more detail, please check out this article. If, for any reason, your client asks you to communicate off platform, please reach out to support before doing so. Communicating with a client off-platform without prior approval from support is a terms of service violation. Learn more here.

Sending Emails and Texts

To send a client an email or text, simply hit "Reply Via Email / Text," or you can choose the action item from the "actions" button in the brand detail view.

If you started drafting an email and you want to change it to a text message (or vice versa), hit the three dots in the top right of your message and select "send via text / email instead."

You can distinguish between email and text in your dashboard by the way they look. Emails have a white background and square corners; text messages have a blue background and rounded corners.

Calling Clients

To call a client, select the "make a call" under "actions." This will first call your phone number. When you pick up, you will be asked to press any key to be connected. Once you do this, the system will call the client. This works whether you are based in the USA or in another country.
