In an ideal world, as you have thoroughly QAed your work before submitting it to the client and have also given the client time to review your work and have waited for their "OK" before marking a project complete, clients would never request revisions!

Sometimes, however, things are missed and your client will ask for revisions!

If this is the case, your client will be asked to list the outstanding changes and the project will be moved back to being in progress.

You will need to send a message to the client acknowledging you've seen their request for changes. The system will pre-fill a draft email for you. Please review this carefully and tailor your message to the client to address their specific needs.

Stay proactive in your communication with your client. If the revisions are more than a quick fix, let them know when you expect to have the revisions completed by or, if you need a little time to figure that out, let them know when you'll be able to tell them this.

Make sure to mark your work complete with enough time before the ETA so you can complete any revision requests before the deadline.
