After you submit your request, it is straightforward to cancel it for any reason.
From the Storetasker homepage, select “view dashboard” at the top right (on mobile, you’ll find this option in the drop-down menu at the top right), and you will be taken to the request you submitted.
Here, you can select “cancel project” under “Other options” on the right-hand side.
Alternatively, from here, you can also edit your request or add details that may help the matching process. Additionally, if you have any questions, please reach out to our Support team – we’re here to help!
