Depending on how you prefer to work with your Storetasker Expert, you can email or text them. You can find their contact information in every email or in your dashboard.

By default, we set email as your default communication method. If you’d like your Expert to text you by default, simply add your phone number to your Storetasker account.

To do this, select your name on the bottom left of your dashboard (if you’re on mobile, tap on your initials at the top right). This will take you to your Settings page. From here, you can add your phone number and hit “save.” To switch back to email as your default method, simply delete your number from your account.
