Goals / Overview:
- Upgrade and set Warby’s website on the right track for the future of Shopify themes and ecommerce updates on the platform.
- Improve customer journey and product display.
- Increase AOV and recurring revenue.
- Increase ease of use for day to day updates and customizations by non-technical Warby team members.
Scope:
- Determine Warby-specific features and what new features to incorporate
- Evaluate apps to keep, remove or add
- Redesign homepage, collection, product pages with new features and improved customer flow
- Collection page:add more than 1 product at a time. Have it look cleaner and more informative. Have it not be used as the product page.
- Homepage: purchase and get informed right from the start.
- Redesign and fix development issues from the product page. Use the product page instead of the collection page to show detailed product information
- Upgrade and transfer Warby’s custom theme to an online store 2.0 theme.
- Incorporate metafields from SuperFields app directly into the Shopify backend and theme
- Custom code new features and unique branding
- Update content on locations, our story, FAQ
