The Leads tab is where you can see new requests from leads who want to work on a project in Storetasker!

Navigating Leads

In the main view, you can can see a grid of the request tiles, each tile will tell you the name of the brand who put the request in together with the text of their request.

If you mouseover a request, you will see additional options including a link to the brand's website so you can quickly gather more information about the request.

If you see a grayed-out tile, this means another Expert is reviewing that request. Hang tight—if that expert decides not to claim the request, it may become available for you to claim! While you can't click on a grayed-out tile, you can still see the name of the brand and the full request.

Reviewing a Lead

When you see a lead you would like to learn more about, click on that tile to be taken to the Initial View Session:

Once you move to the Initial View Session, no other expert can claim this project unless you "skip" or end your viewing session."

In the center of the screen, you will see the lead's project request. On the left, you will see more details about the lead and their request, including:

• Name and details about the brand
• Lead's website
• Your point of contact at the brand, including location and current time of day
• Additionally, repeat clients will show:
  • How much spent on Storetasker in total
  • Any previous projects
